Go back to the middle of the room and use the vampire glasses on the second root clump to the right of the figure. Load up your crossbow with arrows, then use the green stuff on the arrows, then shoot the place on the root that is emitting green beams the adventure company of light. Use the vampire glasses again on the second root clump to the left of the figure. Shoot the beam-maker's the adventure company hood with your crossbow, then shoot it again below the hood, then do a close-up of it. In your inventory, use the green bottle on the syringe, then use the syringe on the close-up. Now you can go take the handle and then leave through the door that's revealed. You return to the platform room with the hole in the floor. Use the staircase that goes up. Go through the door, back into the Satan's Claws room, then cross the room and go out the door on the other side.
