Stealing Second: The Metal Age Thief 2 begins about a year after everything its predecessor, everything and everything big changes have come to the City in the intervening months. Through no fault of his own, Garrett's life is at a low point, and he greets us with frustration approaching despondency: "I've always equated emotionalism with getting caught.
