Eat chicken. Chick-fil-A serves better chicken that is nicole whole breast meat, not processed and restructured. Their breaded chicken tastes better than anyone elses (in our opinions) but of course nicole that breading is a calorie catcher, and you could ration them better. Grilled chicken is still loaded with flavor and is availble on sandwiches or salads. Have a fruit cup or carrot salad on the side.
