I know what website your talking about. There bbs is alot of good info on there. Congrats on your quit. I am now one day into my quit with the ciggies. It’s really tough. I’m going to go take a hot bath...perhaps that will make me feel better. The time seems to go by bbs so slowly, my fingers are tingling, and I am in that fog feeling so I’m trying to pull myself out of it. I don’t dare weigh myself...I think I"m going to not weigh myself for a couple of weeks. I have counted my calories today though despite the quit of ciggies and ate a little over 1600.
