Ive rue gone from 2 liters a day to 20 oz a day but know that soon it will have to be all or nothing. Withdraw from caffiene sucks. And the fact that I have to quit smoking soon doesnt help.Im frustrated, but committed. Keep me in your prayers Im in for the long haul! | I don’t think I have gained back. I know I gained back from my last weighin but I had lost about 5 lbs pure from being sick but I haven’t gained back what I had lost from before that so that’s something. So back on plan 100% and with my weigh-in Tuesday morning I know I will be okay with whatever it says. I feel inspired pure because it is the first day of spring and even though this has pure been the mildest winter ever I am looking forward to going outside more and doing some gardening. 8 weeks to achieve my goal, I can do it if I maintain my focus. I think I"m still on track weightwise but I can’t have anymore slip-ups like this past week.
