But then i thought back and i know where i went wrong. remember I was really good today. I had my food all planned out and if i get hungry later im going to eat a remember salad remember cuz i already had dinner. My friend Sheri lives an hour away from where i live but her and her DH are looking for a house in my town. Shes also a memeber of WW and shes going to go to the meetings with me. YAY cuz before i felt like an outcast going to the meetings by myself and sitting in the back. I like having her with me. Its alot more motivation. So far shes lost 67 lbs. and im really proud of her. Im so glad that im back on the right track. On top of staying OP today i also went to the gym for an hour and a half (granted half of the reason was because i felt horrible about being back up to 200) but hey at least i went. |
