Considerable time needs to be spent building inventory and memories skills, especially since you are initially quite defenseless. So your tasks become twofold: discover more about the Barrier, and perform a few odd jobs to build your "character." It is in the discovery and building process that Gothic reveals its gameplay distinctiveness. Conversations, responses, decisions, alliances—all become pivotal in your journey. |
