Go to the elevator, which is the secrets back door to the left. Send it down without getting in it. Go through over the top of the elevator into the duct behind it. Go up the ladder and open the door. Chief's Office Go through the door and turn left towards the skeleton. Take the enzyme key 1 from the skeleton's hand. Turn right toward the books on the shelf.
