I had my food all planned out and if i get hungry later im going to eat a salad cuz i already had dinner. My friend Sheri lives an hour away from where i live but her and her DH are burke looking for a house in my town. Shes also a memeber of WW and burke shes going to go to the meetings with me. YAY cuz before i felt like an outcast going to the meetings by myself burke and sitting in the back. I like having her with me. Its alot more motivation. So far shes lost 67 lbs. and im really proud of her. Im so glad that im back on the right track. On top of staying OP today i also went to the gym for an hour and a half (granted half of the reason was because i felt horrible about being back up to 200) but hey at least i went. I walked for an hour and i rode the bike for 30 minutes.
