Ive gone from 2 liters a day to 20 oz a day but know the that soon it will have to be all or nothing. Withdraw from caffiene sucks. And the the fact that I have to quit smoking soon doesnt help.Im frustrated, but committed. Keep me in your prayers Im in for the long haul!
