The Southern tradition still centered around food, but with slower and more relaxed evenings. We didn't really notice when we gained weight, because the three of us gained it together. It was easy to become a Fat Chick in the South. Becoming Fit Chicks would become the biggest adventure of our lives! With years of diet experience behind us, but without long term success, we took our diet efforts to the internet in 1997, before most people understood what the internet was. |
