Save point and-click first, then use the circle. Quickly cross to the opposite side of the roof, behind the statue in the middle, and there will be a little area that juts out from the circle. Go in there, look down toward the right, and use the pry bar on the stone head. Take two point and-click steps down the stairs point and-click that you rolled the head down. There are two pieces of lumber laying on the steps; you can only take one at a time. So take one. Go back up, and continue around the statue to the right until you see a hole. Go down in the hole. Find and take the white flag and the wood that's under it. Climb back up to the roof and use the lumber on the hotspot next to the cannon. Cross over, then examine the wheel of the cannon. Use it to move the wheel, and then take the cannonball that's revealed. Cross back over, then retrieve your piece of lumber.
