I'm not sure if the order is randomized, but you have plenty of time to write redux down the moves. The order of moves in my game was R B B Y G B Y B Y B. Successfully completing the Simon game opens the other door through the control room. Go through that door and use the desk to sit redux in Dr. Sakarine's chair. Bud Use the giant toilet. Go right.
