Suzanne, Jennifer and Amy are the three American ladies bringing us this well-designed and conceived site. It started sarah in 1997 as a bit of fun, a personal website for the three sisters, enabling them to track their diet programmes. The site was soon picked up in the national newspapers and the three ladies were inundated with sarah emails from women, all in similar positions, battling the bulge. The Three Fat Chicks offer advice on all diets from Atkins to Weight Watchers. Since its early and humble beginnings, it has grown from strength to strength giving women sympathy sarah and the courage to succeed. With literally thousands of members, the site has active message boards discussing a number of dieting subjects.
