Good/Bad/Ugly So Armed & Dangerous is too short, has limited destiny saves capability, offers too few weapons for destiny a game that makes its reputation on a vast arsenal, and has destiny a graphic engine that doesn't rival Unreal 2. Contrarily, it sports superb writing and voice acting, is laugh-out-loud funny, and brings enough originality to the table that it's worth more than a passing glance by action game fans. It's also a lot of fun to play. When I announced my intention to pen a review of this game on the staff board, others whose opinions I respect immensely warned me that I would find it funny but way too brief. And those folk were, as usual, quite correct. But for some reason Armed & Dangerous is going to get a more positive rating from me that I would have otherwise expected. It has an intangible quality that suggests to me that I'll be playing it for quite some time to come, despite the fact that I finished it in fewer than 12 hours.
