The seedy underworld of Vvardenfell island is so great that you may wonder whether there are any law-abiding citizens at all. Everyone is in on something, and as you form your own affiliations and enmities, people on the island will either gravitate toward you, treat you neutrally, or view you as a despised foe. |

No one has ever faulted Bethesda for its creativity, and Morrowind lives up to expectations, producing a political drama of staggering proportions.
